brainsquad Studio is a service for founding teams and business leaders to receive strategy focused deliverables. The people we work with trust us to protect their intellectual property and confidential business information. The Terms of Service outlined below reflect how we work to earn that trust.

Definitions

• brainsquad Studio, Studio, us, we, our - Refers to the platform or service used by Clients and/or Members to post, browse, and bid for Sprints
• Client(s) - A company, organisation, or individual that signed up to obtain a professional service from brainsquad Studio
• Content - refers to content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to, or otherwise made available by Clients and/or Members regardless of the form of that content
• Member(s), Sprint Owner(s), Strategist(s) - An individual who has signed up to Brainsquad Studio to provide a professional service to one or more Clients
• Sprint(s) - A time-boxed period of partnership between Brainsquad Limited, the Member, and the Client

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), along with the Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), govern the use of and access to the different services offered by brainsquad Studio (“Studio”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and our website (”Site”), collectively referred to as the “Services”.

By agreeing to these Terms, you are also agreeing to the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Brainsquad Limited, so please read them carefully.
